Dear Pat and family,

Please accept my sincere sympathy at the passing of your husband.  I saw Ray's obituary in our paper.  My strength is here for you to share.  I still consider you my "buddy".  Please send me your mailing address; do you still have your email address?  When you feel like a visit, let me know.  We should touch base with each other.  Until then,

Love,
Nancy

I worked with Ray at Yamada for about 2 years. I thought he was a kind, clever man. Ray was one of the most generous people I ever met.
