Violet Phyllis (Angel) Petrilla

Violet Phyllis Petrilla, 97, of Adena, Ohio, passed away Tuesday February 15, 2022, at the home of her daughter.

  She was born June 6, 1924, a daughter of the late Albert and Nellie Duplaga Angel.

  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Andy Petrilla. Violet is also preceded in death by 12 siblings.

  Violet is survived by her children: Mary Ann (Donald) Hart, James (Alexis) Petrilla, Chuck (JoAnn) Petrilla, Chris (Kerry) George; seven grandchildren: Tonya (Steve), Kathleen (Matt), Linda, Phillip, Jason (Meghan), Jennifer, Carrie (Rayce); six great-grandchildren; Julianne, Michael, Grant, Ryan, Andrew, and Madeline.

  Friends are invited to attend visitation on Saturday February 19, 2022 at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Hanna Avenue, Adena, from 9 until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. with Monsignor John Kolesar as celebrant.  Interment will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville, Ohio.
