Thomas Wayne Hayes

Thomas Wayne Hayes, 63, of Cadiz, Ohio, formerly of Georgetown, Ohio, passed Sunday April 7, 2013 at home.
  He was born in Duncanwood, Ohio on August 14, 1949, a son of the late Thomas and Pearl Padgett Hayes.
  Tom was a retired employee of Valley Distributing of Dillonvale.  He liked to bowl and sing.
  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Beverly Gaba.
  Tom is survived by a daughter Melissa Litman, step-daughters Bobby Jo Dillenger and Dessie Hayes; stepsons: Tom Hayes Jr., and Chris Hayes; sisters: Betty Jean (John) Doritich, Carol (Pete) Lishick, Donna Ruckman; a brother Charles Richard (Jean) Hayes, and grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
  Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio, where services will be held Thursday April 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
