Rose Marie (Keyoski) Holyak

Rose Marie (Keyoski) Holyak, 87 of Cadiz, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday April 21, 2021 at home.

  She was born September 3, 1933, a daughter of the late Helen (Gazda) and George Worthington.

  She was the beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her family.

  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband George “Hawk” Holyak, a son Rodney Holyak and a brother George Nichols.

  Rose is survived by her children: Debra (Bob) Dombroski, George Richard Holyak, Gary (Jeananne) Holyak, Beverly (Calvin) Leigh; sister: Helen McLeod; grandchildren: Greg (Jamie) Smith, T.J. (Heather) Smith, Amanda (Dewey) Allison, Stacy (Bruce) Teater, great Grandchildren: Joey, John, Kaylee, Trenten, Brett, Sophia and Abree.

  In keeping with Rose’s wishes, friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Monday April 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville, Ohio with Rev. Barry Hall officiating.
