SNIDER, Robert William, 70, of Hopedale, Ohio, died Saturday July 11, 2009 in Trinity West.
He was born at Wintersville, Ohio on February 19, 1939, a son of Ruth P. Trotter Snider and the late George C. Snider.
Robert was an active member of the Hanover Methodist Church; a former employee of the Hopedale Mill, and a U.S. Navy Veteran.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Hoit Snider.
In addition to his mother, Ruth DiBenedetto of Batesville, Arkansas, Robert is survived by three daughters: Sharon Dalton and her husband Leroy of Hopedale, Darlene Fife and her husband Kenneth of Richmond, and Susan Snider of Adena; two brothers: Dale Trotter of Batesville, Arkansas and James Snider of Davie, Fla., a sister Linda Milligan and her husband Troy of Batesville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio, where services will be held Tuesday July 14, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Cemetery, Hopedale.
