Oreste DiLoreto, 99, of Adena, Ohio, passed away January 23, 2022 at Gables Care Center, Hopedale, Ohio.
He was born in Fairpoint, Ohio on June 26, 1922, a son of the late Albert and Edith Cassol DiLoreto.
Oreste was a retired coal miner with Y&O Coal for 32 years, a farmer and a U.S. Army WWII Medical Technician.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers: Pete and Adam DiLoreto; sisters: Rose Allen, Rega Sander; son Charles DiLoreto and daughter Alberta Morris.
Oreste is survived by his brother Angelo (Grace) Diloreto and sister Eleanor McIntyre; daughters: Bernie McIntyre, Diane McVicker; sons: Angelo DiLoreto, Mitch Wease, Millie DiLoreto, 18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
Friends will be received Monday January 31, 2022, from 10 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 60 South Bridge Street, Adena, Ohio. Interment will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville. Military Honors provided by Adena American Legion, Post #525, at the cemetery. Offer online condolences at www.borkoskifuneral.com
