John Louis Cagot

John Louis Cagot 65, of Hopedale, Ohio, passed Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014 at Harrison Community
Hospital, Cadiz.   He was born in Steubenville, Ohio on May 19, 1949, a son of the late Louis and Barbara Welling Cagot.
  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Louis Cagot and a grandson Drew Cagot.
  John was a very supportive grandfather, loved going to grandkids school and sporting events, enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was a retired employee of Alliance Steel and previously worked at North American Coal; and a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.  
  John is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Norma May Bolitho Cagot; a daughter Sandy (Lonnie) Faust of Uhrichsville, sons: Mike (Sue) Eddy of Cadiz, Todd (Kelly) Cagot of Tippecanoe; a
brother: Dave Cagot of Hopedale; grandchildren: Robert Eddy, Doug Eddy, Emily McCleary, Kelsey McCleary, Shelby Cagot, Kylie Cagot, Justin Cagot; a great-grandchild Brandon Patterson, and many nieces and nephews.  
  Friends will be received Sunday 12 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio, where services will be held Monday, Nov. 3, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Roger Zimmerman, officiating.   Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
