James David Horstman

James David Horstman, 64, of New Athens, OH passed Thursday May 28, 2015 at Acuity Hospital, Wheeling.
  He was born in Wheeling on August 14, 1950, a son of Gloria (Grimes) Horstman and the late David Horstman.
  In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by brothers: Tim, Jeff and Daniel; and sister-in-law Janie Horstman.
  He was a graduate of New Athens High School and a Carpenter by trade.
  In addition to his mother, he is survived by sons: Tim Horstman of Cadiz, James Horstman of New Athens; daughters: Gloria Horstman of Tiltonsville, Barb (Justin) Buck of Dillonvale, Kristen (Darrell) Plotts of Mingo Junction and Melissa Horstman of New Athens;  a sister Barbara (Joe) Hartley of Pataskala; brothers: Donald  Horstman of New Athens and Jerry (Darlene) Horstman of Hopedale; his former wife Katherine Horstman, 11 grandchildren and his cherished dog Holly.
  Friends will be received Monday 4-8 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio, where services will be held Tuesday June 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
