Henry David Cichon, 89, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on Sunday January 9, 2022 at WVU Medicine, Wheeling, WV.
He was born in Piney Fork, Ohio on January 15, 1932, a son of the late Andrew and Mary Dragos Cichon.
Henry was a retired railroad employee, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of St. Casimir Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings: Antoinette Baumgartner, Wanda Smith, Clara Jablonski, Walter Cichon, Carl Cihon and Robert Cichon.
Henry is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Evelyn Starosciak Cichon; his children: Diane McCracken, David Cichon, Delane Molnar; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Friday 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor John Kolesar as celebrant at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Hanna Avenue, Adena. Entombment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
