Ethel Rose Zancanella, 95, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday August 24, 2021, at home.
She was born September 25, 1925, a daughter of the late John and Mary Cosmo Sutak. She married Otto Zancanella August 24, 1957.
Ethel was a retired employee of Picoma Industries, and a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
Ethel enjoyed playing cards and scrabble with her family. She played cards weekly with her friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Otto Zancanella, brother John Sutak, sister, Esther Holowid, Nephew Michael Sutak.
Ethel considered her nieces and nephews her children, Mary Ann (Don) Haemer, John (Trinia) Holowid, Nancy Boswell (Lonnie Wright) Sharon Kennedy, John (Denise) Sutak, Kathy (Jim) Kampher and Cyndi (Regan) Kowalski, as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Monday August 30, 2021, from 12:00 until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Colerain, Ohio, Father Thomas A. Chillog as celebrant. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
