Erma V. (Kurucz) Sawko

Erma V. Sawko, 87, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on August 6, 2020 at The Meadows of Cadiz.

  She was born January 9, 1933, a daughter of the late John Kurucz Sr. and Mary Patsy Kurucz.

  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Harry Sawko and her son Frank Sawko; brothers: John, Robert, Andrew Kurucz; sisters: Margret Schmid, Dorothy Thomas, Elizabeth Staso and Mary Soha. 

  Erma is survived by her daughters: Shirley Sawko of Adena, Arlene Marie Sawko of St. Clairsville; grandchildren: Chad (Shannon) Sawko and Corisa (Drew) Case, and four great-grandchildren.

  Friends will be received  (Masks Required)  at Borkoski Funeral Home, 60 South Bridge Street, Adena, Ohio on Monday August 10, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:30 p.m. with Elder Stanley Toto for the Jehovah Witnesses officiating.  Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
