Charles Allen Moreland

Charles Allen “Chuck” Moreland, age 52 of Scio, passed away May 5, 2026, at his home. He was born November 6, 1973, in Bellaire, Ohio, to parents Gloria Moreland Busby and Marshall Struthers.

Chuck graduated from Cadiz High School in 1993 and mostly worked as a handyman. He enjoyed the outdoors and was the type of person who always kept busy. Chuck was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Chuck is survived by his children: Keisha Richmond, Cody Richmond, Julie Burgett, Ethen Moreland, and Allison Porter, his grandchildren: Colson, Azariah, Ky’air, and Easton, along with many extended family members including his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings: Kimberly, James, Marshall, Jacob, and Allison.
