Bruce Wayne Kasper, 73, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday August 31, 2021, at home.
He was born March 17, 1948, a son of the late John and Helen Case Kasper Donley.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son Scott Alan Kasper in 2016, his stepfather George Donley and his dog Beau.
He was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, a Catholic, a member of the Adena American Legion, Post #525 and a U.S. Airforce Vietnam Veteran.
Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Fran Kubinski Kasper, son Dennis Kasper, sister Joann Warne, brothers: John Kasper, Michael (Francine) Kasper, Tom (Rebecca) Donley and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a visitation and Memorial Mass of Christian Burial on September 18, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 12:00 p.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Adena, with Monsignor John Kolesar as celebrant. Military Honors will be provided by Adena American Legion, Post #525 at church following Mass.
