Brother Richard Sharpe FMS

Brother Richard Sharpe, F.M.S., 67, of Brownsville, TX., formerly of Wheeling, WV., passed May 27, 2015.
  He was born on September 17, 1947 a son of Frank and Mayme (Barna) Sharpe and stepmother Rose Clare (Murphy) Sharpe.
Brother Richard was a 1965 graduate of Wheeling Catholic Central; entered the Marist Brotherhood on August 14, 1966; received a Master of Arts degree from Notre Dame University in 1975; and is currently President of St. Joseph Academy in Brownsville, TX.
He is survived by brothers: David of Morgantown, WV., Robert (Janice) Martinelli of Weirton, WV., sisters: Kaylynn Sharpe, Karen Lou (Jim) Horton all of Adena, OH.; several nieces and nephews.
Richard was laid to rest in the Brothers Cemetery at Marist Brothers Center, Esopus, NY.
