Thomas Wayne Hayes, 63, of Cadiz, Ohio, formerly of Georgetown, Ohio, passed Sunday April 7, 2013 at home. He was born in Duncanwood, Ohio on August 14, 1949, a son of the late Thomas and Pearl Padgett Hayes. Tom was a retired employee of Valley Distributing of Dillonvale.  He liked to bowl and sing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Beverly Gaba. Tom is survived by a daughter Melissa Litman, step-daughters Bobby Jo Dillenger and Dessie Hayes; stepsons: Tom Hayes Jr., and Chris Hayes; sisters: Betty Jean (John) Doritich, Carol (Pete) Lishick, Donna Ruckman; a brother Charles Richard (Jean) Hayes, and grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio, where services will be held Thursday April 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
