Theresa Catherine Petrilla, 85, of Adena, OH, died, Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at Adena Health and Rehab.

Theresa was born on January 24, 1932, in Dillonvale, OH, to the late Zig and Anna (Hutkay) Pruneski.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Petrilla and a son, Raymond Petrilla.

Theresa was a member of St. Casimir's Catholic Church, Catholic Women's Club and the Rosary Society.

She is survived by her son, Mark (Melissa) Petrilla; two daughters, Camilla (Ed) Galik and Frances (Roger) George; two brothers, William Pruneski and Jerry (Carol) Pruneski; a sister, Elaine (Richard) Cermak; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Theresa and celebrate her life on Friday, January 5th from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Adena, OH.

Funeral Liturgy with mass will be held on Saturday at 11 am from St. Casimir's Catholic Church, Adena, OH, with Monsignor John Kolesar officiating.
