Patricia Ann Baldwin "Memaw", 80, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday August 22, 2023, at WVU Harrison Community Hospital. She was born October 17, 1942, a daughter of the late Roy and Hazel Bartrug Burkhart. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Frank Baldwin Jr., a daughter Debbie Baldwin, siblings: Ruby, Ruth, Violet. "Memaw was a strong, independent and fierce woman. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren. You never knew where you were going to find memaw. She may have been at a ball field, basketball court, ice rink or a theatre. You could talk to memaw about anything because she carried the great honor of being the secret holder. We will miss this special, heartwarming, beautiful soul everyday. " Patricia is survived by her daughters: Brenda Baldwin, Tammy Seaman (Kevin Cesario), grandchildren: Jeremiah Seaman (Tammy), Brice "Hank" Kelley (Brenda), Kirsten Morgan (Debbie);  a sister May Blakemore, brothers: Leroy Burkhart, Herman Burkhart and Earl Burkhart; In keeping with Patricia's wishes, services will be private.
