Norma Jean Kinkus, 80, of Dillonvale and Martins Ferry, Ohio, passed Tuesday July 25, 2017 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born July 9, 1937, a daughter of the late James and Martha Lecoeq Mellinger. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband William August Kinkus on January 4, 2014;  a son William A. Kinkus III, a brother Buddy Mellinger and a grandson Phillip Michael Kinkus II. Norma is survived by her children: Jeanne Anne (Gary) Holyak,  David (Barbara) Kinkus, Michelle (Rick) Maley of Scio , Mark Kinkus (David Shockey) of Martins Ferry;  Phillip (Brenda) Kinkus, of Rayland,  a brother William Mellinger of Jewett; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
