Mary Lou Hamilton, 76, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on October 29, 2022, survived by her husband Jack Hamilton.

She was born June 30, 1946, a daughter of the late Ralph and Kathryn Ashton Lyle.

Mary Lou enjoyed farming, doll collecting, going to auctions, bowling and traveling.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers: Wendell Lyle and Jim Lyle.

Mary Lou is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Jack Hamilton; children: Christy (Kirk) Kelley of Adena, Jack Hamilton of Adena, Mark (Melissa) Hamilton of Newbury, Ohio, Ralph (Shawna Haught) Hamilton of Adena; Grandchildren: Jason (Vanessa) Birney, Nicole Birney Viers, Michael (Katie) Kelley, Nicole (John Mohrmann) Kelley, Mark Hamilton Jr., Joseph Hamilton, Haley Hamilton, Holly Hamilton; seven great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

A special "thank you" to Amedisys Hospice for all their great care.

Friends will be received Tuesday November 1, 2022, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 60 South Bridge Street, Adena, Ohio, where services will be held Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.  Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
