June Lee Rice, 89, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio, passed Friday June 2, 2017 at Adena Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Benwood, WV on October 23, 1927, a daughter of the late William H. and Gwendolyn Johns Steinman. June was a retired employee of Telephone Answering Service of Wheeling and a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church, St. Clairsville. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Keith William Rice, a brother Bell Steinman and a sister Gladys Hinerman. June is survived by her loving son Warren and his wife Laina Rice, a sister Dawn (David) Wyatt, brother Todd (Tenile) Best, all of Cadiz, a brother Trent Best of Bowerston, numerous nieces and nephews. June generously donated her body to WVU Medical School and there will be no visitation or services at this time.
