Frank Thomas Koles, 63, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on Monday October 25, 2021 at Carroll, Ohio.

He was born February 14, 1958, a son of the late Robert Stidd and Edna Dillon Koles.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-parents: Lori Stidd and John Koles.

Frank is survived by his wife Tammy Jeskey Koles, children: Melinda (Keith) Dodds, son Chad Koles; Kristen (Jesse) Loborec;  siblings: Robert Stidd, Sharon Bailey, Cheryl Kovarik, Joyce Caleca, Becky Gaughan, Lois Kasarda, Vickie Crothers, grandchildren: Branyon, Lunden, Addilynn, Lanie, Vika.

Friends will be received Thursday October 28, 2021 from 2:00 until time of service at 5:00 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 60 South Bridge Street, Adena, Ohio, with Rev. Wilford Simeral officiating.
