Edwin C. Jackson, 90, of Cadiz, OH, passed Sunday December 4, 2016 at his home. He was born in King Mines, OH, on February 10, 1926, a son of the late Matthew and Virginia Viola Trehern Jackson. He was a member of Local 18 Operating Engineers Construction Union, a member of Church of Christ and a U.S. Army WWII Veteran where he served as a Staff Sgt. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Marjorie "Marj" Balderson Jackson, brothers: Melvin, Arthur, Robert, Harold and Donald Jackson; sisters:  Elverna English and Thelma Collins. Edwin is survived by his sons: Edwin L. Jackson and John Jackson and his wife Lorrie, all of Cadiz; two grandchildren: Bart (Danielle) Jackson and Emily Jackson, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins as well as his loving brother and sisters in law. Friends will be received Friday 5 to 8 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, OH, where services will be held Saturday December 10, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Paul Giffin officiating.
