Donna Lee Ruckman, 74, of Cadiz, Ohio, passed away Tuesday April 5, 2022, at Trinity West.

She was born August 2, 1947, a daughter of the late Thomas and Pearl Padgett Hayes.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Orven V. Ruckman; sisters Betty Jean Doretich and Beverly Gaba; and a brother Tom Hayes.

Donna is survived by her children: Bob Ruckman, Melissa Jones, Orven Ruckman; sister Carol (Pete) Lishick, brother Charles Richard Hayes; four grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received Monday April 11, 2022, from 10 until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Paul Giffin officiating at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio.  Interment will follow at Shortcreek Cemetery, Georgetown.
