Dolores Jean Potkoski, 83, of Adena, Ohio, passed Thursday December 21, 2017 at Adena Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Adena on September 24, 1934, a daughter of the late Samuel and Ella Major Buchanan.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a great grandson Matthew and her husband Raymond Potkoski on November 29, 2013.

Dolores was a member of the Adena United Methodist Church, Adena Ladies Fire Auxiliary and the Salvation Army.

Dolores is survived by a son Raymond "Butch" (Carol) Potkoski of Adena, Cheryl Yarish of Cadiz, Joy (Bill) Lachendro of Wilowick, Ohio; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received Saturday December 23, 2017 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, OH with Chaplin Herb Alexander with Stonerise At Home Hospice, officiating.  Interment will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville.  Offer online condolences at www.borkoskifuneral.com
