GABA, Beverly Joan Hayes, 61, of Cadiz, Ohio, died Thursday February 16, 2012 at Trinity West, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on October 23, 1950 a daughter of the late Thomas and Pearl Padgett Hayes. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, Cadiz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Gaba. Beverly is survived by a son Scott Hayes and his wife Leanna of Carrollton, Ohio; two brothers, three sisters, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio, where services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. February 21, 2012 with Rev.
