Alexander "Butch" Lishick III, 43, of Cadiz, OH, passed Friday June 26, 2015 at home. He was born April 6, 1972, a son of Alexander Lishick Jr. and the late Mary (Carter) Lishick. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his wife Nellie (Dombroski) Lishick on February 8, 2015. Alex is survived by daughters: Ariel Lishick, Reann Lishick both of Cadiz, Grabriel Lishick of Adena; a sister Kristy (Jason) Miles of Adena; granddaughter Morgan Jasmin; In-Laws: Larry "Duber" Dombroski Jr., Rita (Robert) Dagan, Laura Case, Randall "Banjo" Dombroski and Daniel "Pup" Dombroski. Friends are invited to a dual Memorial Visitation for Nellie and Alex at Borkoski Funeral Home, 555 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio on Friday, July 10, 2015  from 1 to 3 p.m.  Inurnment will follow at Shortcreek Cemetery.
