Jill and family,
I can't believe I heard nothing about Jerry until I was looking online today & got lost when I started seeing familiar names from when i was growing up.

I wish I'd gotten to meet him. Jeremy's tribute reminded me of several things that were like Daddy. They were quite special men.

Jill, I wish I'd known what was going on to be able to at least be able to offer whatever support you may have needed - even now. I'm so sorry for your loss and the suddenness of everything. Hugs and prayers to all of you. My deepest sympathy.. Love, Deb

Jill, Jeremy, & Jen,
I'm truly sorry for your loss, Jill. I can't even imagine what you all must be experiencing with the loss of such a loving & fun person. The Tribute by Jeremy on 1/27/18 brought tears to my eyes--he was right on, indeed. May God grant you & your family peace & serenity. Will continue to keep you in my prayers.
Sincerely, Margay

Thank you for your kind words of support during our loss. I want to share Jeremy's tribute to his Dad with you.
"I don't want to talk about what we have lost, but remember what we had. Dad to me was humor. He always had a one-liner or a joke for any situation. That was one of his qualities that made him unique. One of his best quotes was "I'm not the best...but the good ones don't mess with me". Our Dad never lost his temper with my sister or myself. It was always a too tight nut and bolt or a tightened screw that did the most damage to his temper. Our family loved to play Monopoly and Euchre. One strict rule in our house, when playing with Dad...if you have to leave the table....take your cards with you in Euchre, and the dice with you in Monopoly. He was very talented when it came to stealing our deals. He, to me is a piece of the world you don't see anymore. Some one who would sleep 2 hours and go 10 hours to help a friend or relative. Someone you could count on thru thick and thin. Every laugh and smile I have, I thank my father for. I am privileged to be a part of him, to know and love him. I know for a fact he is watching even now.

To Jill ,Jeremy and Jenn,
Learning of Jerry's passing was one of the saddest things we've experienced. We go back so many years, having spent a lot of time with Jerry. He lived with us a short while when we lived in Canton, Ohio. He was always sweet and so considerate. Like so many, we lost touch over the years, but he was a special person to us both. There are people who touch your lives and you are never the same. Jerry was one of those people....Heaven is richer today ! We will never forget him !

Thank you for your support during our loss. We always talked about stopping and seeing you. Just never followed thru. Jerry still talked about the time you spent together and how much he enjoyed you. You were always a favorite person to him. Our hearts are broken, it is hard to wrap our minds around this situation. We will miss him!
